Angelina Lowder, MHA

Angelina Lowder, MHA, is the Executive Assistant to Dr. Joel Cantor, Director, and Margaret Koller, Executive Director at Rutgers, Center for State Health Policy. She provides confidential administrative and project support, as well as facilitates faculty and staff recruitment and human resource transactions. In addition to providing high-level support, she is also responsible for planning and executing external meetings and events hosted by the Center. Mrs. Lowder has a wide range of experience in executive administration and operational management. Prior to assuming her current role, she worked at Rutgers University-New Brunswick's Office of the Secretary and Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. She received a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Rasmussen University and her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Penn Foster College.
