About Ms. Farnham

Jennifer Farnham, MS, is a Senior Research Analyst at the Rutgers Center for State Health Policy. Ms. Farnham is experienced in qualitative and quantitative methods to address health policy questions and focuses much of her work on Medicaid policy and outcomes for individuals with chronic health conditions. Ongoing project work includes the analysis of New Jersey’s 1115 Demonstration and surveys of New Jersey families in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Before joining the Center in 2005, Ms. Farnham was a homeownership counselor at the Housing Coalition of Central Jersey. She earned her MS in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin.
