About Mr. Lue

Joshua Lue, MPH, is a Data Analyst at the Rutgers Center for State Health Policy. Mr. Lue is experienced in health systems, policies, and informatics and focuses much of his work on transforming healthcare with data analysis. Ongoing project work includes the Integrated Population Health Data (iPHD) project as well as projects that involve analysis of NJ Medicaid claims and encounter data. Before joining the Center in 2023, Mr. Lue was a Data Analyst at Dow Jones. He earned his BS in Biology from Boston College and an MPH in Health Systems and Policy from Rutgers School of Public Health.
