CSHP proposes to inform the State on the benefits and deficits of the Universal Vaccine Purchasing System. An in-depth case analysis of several states that utilize the universal vaccine purchasing system will be done, including a comparison of these states' immunization rates prior to and after implementing the system. Finally, an analysis of the potential cost impact for New Jersey based on the cost and experiences of the states will be offered.
