The Center will assist Milliman USA in fulfilling contract requirements for the "Preparation of Actuarial Information Regarding Public Health Benefit Packages for the Sake of Health of Low Income Urban Residents" project funded by NIH. CSHP will provide research support to Milliman's effort to estimate the cost of various public benefit programs affecting health among low income populations. Specifically, CSHP will conduct a literature review to identify existing public benefits, findings on their effectiveness, and sources containing the cost of such benefits. CSHP will focus research efforts on public education, employment, and nutrition programs/interventions and their effects on health status.
