The purpose of this project is to provide funding for a research project to the RWJF senior staff. The data will address the current nursing faculty workforce environment in New Jersey. This environment scan will focus on current shortages and improving the quality of nursing care. The research findings will be presented at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
