The Center for State Health Policy will examine the similarities and differences of individuals with developmental disabilities (DD) who access adult day health services (ADHS) and elderly individuals who access these services in New Jersey. Additionally, case studies of six states will be performed to assess how other states address the needs of individuals with DD in ADHS.
