Through a State Solutions Initiative, the Louisiana Medicare Savings Program is providing outreach for enrollment of more dual-eligibles. The Rutgers Center for State Health Policy (CSHP) will contract with vendors which will 1 - design and produce promotional items, flyers and posters of educational materials available to regional staff to sustain and enhance the Louisiana MSP efforts and 2 - provide a LA statewide radio advertisement campaign.
