This project constitutes an evaluation of the New Jersey Health Care Workforce Development Planning Project. The overall aims of the evaluation are to provide an impartial assessment of the adequacy of the planning process and to identify lessons for the implementation of workforce development initiatives that may emerge from the planning process, and will consist of the development, fielding, and analysis of data from a confidential survey of planning process participants.
