Through a consortium of NJ organizations led by the New Jersey Hospital Association and including CSHP, this grant will prepare a strategy to improve quality of health care across inpatient and ambulatory sectors in the state. As part of the planning grant, CSHP will provide data and analysis to support the application for a statewide implementation grant under the heading 'NJ Healthcare Quality Connection' (NJHQC).
