CSHP is partnering with the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services to develop an obesity surveillance profile template from models of pre-existing obesity surveillance profiles for the purpose of developing the New Jersey model. The project will also serve to create a New Jersey Obesity Surveillance Profile to meet the goals, objectives, and indicators for ShapingNJ, a public-private partnership designed to make the healthy choice the easy choice in New Jersey.
