Asthma Surveillance Study II

CSHP is interviewing stakeholders with an interest in the asthma surveillance data held by the New Jersey Department of Health to determine their preferences for the kinds of topics they would like to see addressed in department data analyses and the form in which they would like to receive the analyses. The surveillance data include asthma prevalence, emergency department visits, hospitalizations, deaths and various other factors associated with the disease. The project is also producing three fact sheets from surveillance data and at least two additional surveillance data tools based upon the stakeholder interviews.
