CSHP will assist the NJ Division of Disability Services to assess the system of services and supports available in New Jersey for individuals with brain injury by surveying state agencies, providers, and individuals with traumatic brain injury. This information will be used to inform development of new services and supports to create a more coordinated and responsive system.
