CSHP serves as the National Program Office for The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation/Commonwealth Fund initiative to increase the enrollment of low-income older adults in the Medicare Savings Programs. In this capacity, CSHP coordinates technical assistance to five states that will receive grant support from The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation for this pilot program. Additional funding for this effort is provided through The Commonwealth Fund.
