This joint project with the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey's Robert Wood Johnson Medical School is engaging the leadership in the greater New Brunswick community to identify and address health problems that affect this community, and contribute to the developing health improvement programs through the Healthier New Brunswick 2010 initiative. A series of focus group interviews with key informants, which informed the survey design, have been completed. A survey of 600 New Brunswick families has also been completed and analysis is underway.
